Following our theme for the week, “Get Out and Yoga” today we are sharing this energizing vinyasa sequence that was rescently filmed outdoors at Tilden Park in Berkeley, California. This sequence is perfect for days when you are short on time but wat to get the most out of your yoga practice, as it includes back bends, forward folds, twists and hip openers to lengthen and strengthen muscles throughout your entire body. A wonderful series of postures to practice first thinkg in the morning, after a long hike or bike ride or whenever you want to invigorate the body and clear the mind. Shot in black and white, this video features the famous San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
