Greetings friends and fellow Yogis! If you have ever been to one of my classes the sequence below is likely to look familiar! These are some of my favorite stretches to do before or at the beginning of my yoga practice. This is a short 5 minute sequence, with gentle stretches to help warm up the muscles in the torso and hips. These stretches are perfect for when you wake up in the morning or before you settle into bed or anytime you have a few minutes in the day to stretch and breathe.
